Secluded Off-Grid Mountain Cottage

Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a 'donkey' water heater and solar power.

Lily Pond

Lily Pond, is a luxurious guest house just an hour and a half from Cape Town. Lily Pond is set on a natural pond brimming with incredible bird life, creating a serene atmosphere unmatched anywhere else. With no other cottages in sight and located on a picturesque wine farm, it offers a rare blend of privacy and luxury. Being mere minutes from central Stellenbosch and down the road from an excellent shopping centre and Health Hydro, just add to the convenience of HoneyOaks situation. The cottage borders a working wine farm which boasts a beautiful labyrinth.

Heidi’s Barn, Franschhoek

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

Weskus-Beskus is a recently completed 2 bedroom, dog friendly house on the beach. Purpose designed, in a modern West Coast Style. All rooms have ocean views. En suite bedrooms, quality beds and Egyptian cotton awaits you. Inside and outside braai areas and the third, a starry sky Boma Braai. Large veranda. Comfortable modern uncluttered interior. #Bainsbosch A spacious tranquil rustic cabin on the banks of the Wit River at the base of Bains Kloof Pass. The cabin is surrounded by 2 hectares of fynbos and the Limietberg mountains. There is a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Mount Bain is a protected nature reserve . The Wit River flows down Bains Kloof. Guests can swim in pristine mountain water, hike into the surrounding mountains or visit several Wine estates nearby.". Backup power is provided for loadshedding.

Oaktree Cottage

The sounds of nature and beautiful 360° views can be appreciated from your very own stone cottage This is the where the name Saggy Stone comes from for our brewery. A cabin in the mountains above our farm where you can enjoy a romantic getaway - sitting in the hot tub, watching the night sky. One of two exclusive units tucked away in the kloof, you feel miles away from the stress and worries of daily life. Best accessed with a 2x4, 4x4 or SUV (bakkie)

Fever Tree Cottage

Fever Tree Cottage is a secluded one bedroom garden cottage on a private property in Riebeeck Kasteel, a mere 50 meters from the town centre. The main property is on a dirt road, overlooks a farm dam and magnificent mountain views. The cottage is private, quiet and set in a lovely tranquil bird-filled garden. It is so close to town, that you can walk anywhere. Retreat to the quiet garden cottage after a day of shopping, eating and exploring.

Dassieshoek - Ou Skool

Situated in the mountains of Robertson, this double volume, beautifully restored Old School is a tranquil getaway for the whole family. There is a gorgeous eco pool and plenty of amenities for children. Located next to the Marloth Nature Reserve, the house is at the beginning of the Arangieskop Hiking Trail. Mountain biking, hiking, birding and river and dam access mean that there are plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family.

The Red House is a charming, rustic cottage nestled in the heart of the small village of Koringberg. Surrounded by wheat farms, this retreat offers the best of countryside living - stargazing, farmland scenery, and the area’s largest swimming pool! Ideal for families or a small group of friends.
