SUGARBIRD HOUSE EDENVELDT FARM

I have decided to rent out my personal farm house\ guest house to happy road trippers seeking solitude and a peaceful surrounding. The house is within a valley surrounded by 48 hectares of open land,beautiful mountain (cederberg) backdrops and a river with three natural swimming areas within walking distance of the guest house and the place include a 25m lap pool right in front of the veranda! Oh and plenty of clean breathable air :). There is one full sized bed so its best suited for couples.

Secluded Off-Grid Mountain Cottage

Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a 'donkey' water heater and solar power.

This 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment offers comfortable living, wireless internet, DSTV and wonderful views especially from the upper deck. The apartment has a seperate entrance and offers garaging for a small to medium size car. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the popular Blouberg beach and to a local restaurant. Close to Eden on the Bay which boasts another beach which is a favourite with the many kite surfers, shops restaurants and pubs. We are also on the my citi bus route.

The Villa is luxurious with a typical West Coast layback feel. Best of all is the heated pool. Sit back relax and sip on a G&T, close to the ocean and great views. Best location, 30m to the beach. Couples and families with kids will love it. Beautiful views from all rooms where you can laze all day staring at passing by whales or boats. The house in Lalaland

You’ll love my place because it is on top of a mountain where you are surrounded by fruit orchids and mountains. Also, loadshedding does not affect us as we are on solar. We are only 160km from Cape town. We live right next door but do not mind a good party, all within limits of course! The dam is a short walk away where you are welcome to use the two paddle boards and canoe. The house can keep you entertained with pool table, boardgames, books, WIFI and ping pong table.

Weskus-Beskus is a recently completed 2 bedroom, dog friendly house on the beach. Purpose designed, in a modern West Coast Style. All rooms have ocean views. #Bainsbosch A spacious tranquil rustic cabin on the banks of the Wit River at the base of Bains Kloof Pass. The cabin is surrounded by 2 hectares of fynbos and the Limietberg mountains. There is a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Mount Bain is a protected nature reserve . The Wit River flows down Bains Kloof. Guests can swim in pristine mountain water, hike into the surrounding mountains or visit several Wine estates nearby.". Backup power is provided for loadshedding.

Salt&Sand

Our apartments are sanitized between every guest departure and arrival by me personally. Salt&Sand is a Beautiful upstairs self catering beach apartments. It is ideal for two couples. There is a kitchen & Kitchenette two bathrooms with showers. Living room with Sofa and WIFI .Situated 80m from the Voorstrandt Beach. There is a little house being built next door at the moment. I have screened it off but there is some building noise .

Dassieshoek - Ou Skool

Situated in the mountains of Robertson, this double volume, beautifully restored Old School is a tranquil getaway for the whole family. There is a gorgeous eco pool and plenty of amenities for children. Located next to the Marloth Nature Reserve, the house is at the beginning of the Arangieskop Hiking Trail. Mountain biking, hiking, birding and river and dam access mean that there are plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family.
