Our beautiful and artfully designed 2BR apartment is placed at the best location in Tel Aviv right near Ben Gurion Blvd. and about 4 min walk from the famous Gordon beach. Around the block on Dizengoff or Ben Yehuda St. you'll find great restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries and basically everything TLV has to offer. The apartment is fully equipped with electric appliances and everything you need for a great stay, whether it's short or long. We are confident you will enjoy your stay with us!

This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.
