The Corner Haus

The “Corner House” was built in 1954 by my parents, LeRoy and Colleen Bohnert, who made it their home for 63 years. Their home was filled with love and laughter and was a magnet for the neighborhood kids to play. My parents loved to entertain family and friends. My mother always had homemade cookies for to serve the guests. My husband and I remodeled the house in 2018. The house has two bedrooms, one bath, a screened porch which is perfect for morning coffee or that evening glass of wine.

Star gazing and sitting on our beautiful pavillion while you grill is only one of the reasons why you should book with us. Enjoy the homemade cookies and treats left by the host, Judi, as a welcome gift with a cup of coffee in the mornings at the stone firepit. "So peacefull" is the feedback from past guests. The Chase includes the entire first floor of The Historic Hotel on Main. This 1890s Hotel has been lovingly restored. The Chase is a three bedroom, two bath suite that will sleep 8. Enjoy the open concept kitchen, living area, and dining room. There are two large flat screen TVs with Direct TV. The backyard includes a barbecue pit, picnic table and round bistro table with additional chairs.
