Cozy Cottage on C

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Great location centrally located in Bentonville! The entrance to Osage Park is 100 yards from your front door. Walking & biking trails, fishing, kayaking, pickle ball, archery, and food trucks are just around the corner. Enjoy a walk or bike ride to Louise Restaurant at Thaden Field and watch the amazing planes as they fly in and out all day. Climb Bentonville is close by, as well as Bentonville Brewing Company. Downtown Bentonville & Walmart Corporate offices are also a short distance away.

Ride in, Ride out to Coler

Ride your bike to Coler on the paved 1 mile trail (Applegate Trailhead) or use the bike lanes (on 8th St) to ride to downtown Bentonville from our home. We are a block away from the Applegate Trail head which will take you to Coler Trails where you can ride trails, play in the creek, and enjoy a coffee at Airship. We are also minutes away from Downtown Bentonville, and several other yummy destinations. Our garage has been designed with the biker in mind with bike tools and extra bikes.

It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Adorable 1 bedroom guest house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. This little guest house will make the perfect stay for those out of town business professionals with high speed internet and nice little work area. King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not for use of Airbnb guests.
