Discover Foreverwater, our cottage by the creek, nestled on 17 wooded acres beside Barren Fork Creek minutes from Leipers Fork Village with direct access to the historic dirt path back roads of eastern Hickman County, Lyles TN. This writer's retreat was once home to guitar maker and author, R. O. Barton (The Tucker Novels). Rest easy within this natural stone berm house inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright with easy access to I-840; central to Franklin, Fairview, Dickson; 45 minutes west of Nashville.

Papa John's Farmhouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A front porch with rocking chair, deck that makes a quite place to sit and grill. It is located on a farm that was purchased in 1935 by John McCaleb our Grandfather, GreatGrandfather that we call PapaJohn. Surrounding properties are farms containing thousands of acres. Piney River is scenic and has a canoe company that will take you to get into a canoe and float 5 miles to fish, swim or just enjoy the scenery in a quaint neighborhood

Wee Nook- a Hobbit Hole

Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. Please come enjoy the woods, farm animals, trails, pond and wide open space while you're here! As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hold, and that means comfort.”

Queen sofa bed is an extra $25 linen fee and a $20 extra per person, per night fee. NO PETS ALLOWED EXCEPT REGISTERED AND CERTIFIED SERVICE DOGS. Welcome to our guest house, located on the Piney River in Dickson County. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).
