This spacious studio apartment is nestled against the mountain in a quiet and safe neighborhood located at the top of the Bountiful hills. Hiking and biking trails are located across the street and all around. Two golf courses are located down the street in one direction while a recreation center with an olympic sized pool with water attractions for kids is located in the other direction. Watch the sun set over the Great Salt Lake from your own covered patio with an amazing view. With covered guest parking, a full bath complete with a walk-in shower and a tub, and a fully stocked kitchen, this will be your home away from home. With only 7 mins. to the freeway, 19 to the airport, and 19 to downtown Salt Lake City, this location is ideal. Close to all the world-class ski resorts Utah has to offer for year-round fun. Just six houses away from the beautiful Bountiful Temple belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This completely private studio apartment, with it’s own entrance, is located in the walk-out basement of our family home. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a large screen TV, and a washer and dryer.

Trailside Retreat is the perfect place for those who love to mix outdoor fun with urban excitement. Basement apartment w/private entrance. Full kitchen, 2 smart TVs, high-speed internet. One bedroom w/ queen bed. Two Futon sofa beds. Outdoor patio w/ dining area. Great area close to lots of restaurants, retail, and golf courses. 15 min to downtown SLC and International airport w/ convenient freeway access. 30-60 min from many ski resorts. Enjoy a stylish & cozy stay at this centrally located rental. A great midpoint between SLC and Ogden ski & hiking areas. Safe neighborhood with a private entrance. 15 min from the airport & downtown SLC. We have young kids, so expect some daytime noise, stomps & play. They settle by 9 PM. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are a short drive away from Downtown, SLC airport, Lagoon amusement park, and easy access to the highway. This house also offers a huge screen theater experience to entertain the whole family. Bedrooms also have their own smart TVs. FYI: There is a ladder to climb to the loft NO STAIRS One parking space available on driveway. Check in after 4pm Check out 10am

Renovated Basement Apartment with Stunning Views

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
