Desert Rose is a secluded waterfront cottage on the 5-acre Monticello Estate. It is perched directly over one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, famous for the unbelievable pink sand and turquoise water. The large beach Tiki Hut and the deck are a unique​ opportunity to enjoy the paradise from really close. The cottage is ideal for 2-4 guests, but we can accommodate larger groups​ as well. We have the​ "Garden of Light" house that sets back in the garden which sleeps 6 more guests​.

The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

You’ll love my place because of the gorgeous view and the expansive back deck with a heated salt water infinity pool that is perfect for watching sunsets. The swimming and snorkeling are great off the back of the house.

Local communities offer dining options, grocery stores, banks and shops making it possible to obtain everything you'll need for your stay. Snorkeling, diving and fishing guides are available.
