Located on a lake that offers direct water access. Campfires are welcomed, and the tranquil setting is made even more magical by the sight of horses. Inside, you'll find cozy touches and comfortable furnishings, including pillow-top mattresses

The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

“Tailypo” - Charming Newly Remodeled Studio Cabin

Welcome to our little cabin affectionately called “Tailypo”. What was once the original homestead shack over time had become a rundown ransacked shed that we jokingly called Tailypo reminiscent of the shack in the spooky classic tale. We didn’t have the heart to see it rot away so little by little we have restored the one room shack including reusing the original cypress cladding, refinishing the old wood floor, skinning an interior wall with the original tin roofing, mixed with modern amenities

Unique Concrete House Boat! No cleaning fees!

This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

WATERFRONT! The Boat House is an 800sf private residence built directly over Lake Dora offering panoramic lakefront views. Located on Mount Dora's Famous Boat House Row, right in the heart of downtown Mount Dora, where you can roll out of bed and walk a few steps to one of the quaint coffee shops. The Boat House was once a tin boat shed with floors open to the water and housed two boats. Today, you will find warm, cozy furnishings, comfortable beds, a quiet location and sunsets every evening!

Welcome to your peaceful Getaway on the Water. Whether you or your group are visiting the Villages, or just need a peaceful getaway to recharge, this is the place!There's something for everyone! Paddleboard or Kayak (provided) the beautiful canal to either lake. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in nature on the dock. Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!

You'll love this unique romantic escape located in historic downtown Sanford! This is a nearly new built top of the line Houseboat and you will be amazed at all the amenities fit on this 12x40 floating tiny home. Nicely suited for one couple. One step to get in and then all on one level other than the upper deck. (Ladder) Max occupancy at any time is 4. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops and so much more. Note that this is a very small space if you are used to a full size home.

Beautiful lake front home on Lake Louisa. The home sits under towering Cypress trees and is 15 feet from the waters edge. Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Louisa in the very large great room. Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table, watch cable tv, or walk out onto our private shaded dock where you can fish, swim, enjoy the views, read, play a game of Bimini ring toss, or just relax and unwind. For the safety our guests we allow 2 days between to allow cleaning and disinfecting of the house

Come relax by the river in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in Lady Lake, Florida. Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.

The house is located on over an acre of lakefront property. The lake has a public boat launch if your family enjoys water sports or fishing or use the kayaks we provide on site!
