Der Kaminofen als Highlight und die Fußbodenheizung sorgen für behagliche Wärme auch an kalten Tagen. Die „JULIA“ kann für bis zu 2 Personen + 2 Aufbettungen im Salon gebucht werden. Das Hausboot liegt fest im Heimathafen der Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg und ist nur 7 Kilometer vom Alexanderplatz entfernt. Sie benötigen keinen Bootsschein, das das Hausboot nicht bewegt werden kann.

Die hochwertige Ausstattung und der traumhafte Blick über den Templiner See machen uns die Abreise jedes mal schwer. Im Sommer geniessen wir die 90 qm Dachterrasse, die auch zum Grillen einlädt. Durch Fussbodenheizung, Kamin und eigener Sauna machen wir unser Hausboot auch im Winter zu einem traumhaften Rückzugsort.

Ferien am Fluss! Hier könnt ihr die Seele baumeln lassen. Legt euch in die Hängematte am Bug und schaut die Alte Oder herunter. Nehmt einen Drink auf der Dachterrasse und genießt den Sonnenuntergang. Hier stört kein Auto oder Haus den Panoramablick. Nur Grün, Wasser und viele Vögel sind zu sehen. Das Boot wurde im Jahr 2021 fertiggestellt.
