Echte Auszeit und Natur pur, perfekt für Alleinreisende und Paare. Ideal als ruhiger Ort zum kreativen Arbeiten. Umgeben von Wald und Wiesen liegt das Haus mit herrlichem Panorama von der Sonnenterrasse. Zum Haus gehören 1.200 qm naturnaher Garten/Wald. Mit offenen Augen und Ohren kann man viele Waldbewohner erleben. Morgens Eichhörnchen, der Milan zur Mittagsstunde, Rehe am Abend oder der Kauz in der Nacht. Zur Naturbeobachtung dienen Eichhörnchenfutterstelle, Fernglas und Wildtierkamera.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

A side entrance provides direct access. Street parking and supermarket 10 minutes walk. Bread shop,Bus, Chemist and Bank 2 minutes walk. Plenty of nature, Town Museum and lake close by. NETFLIX is connected for your choice of movies. A place to chill and be creative and reconnect .... and more.

Nacházejí se v malebném Českém středohoří, v blízkosti Pravčické brány, Tiských skal a dalších krás. Ponoř se do ticha přírody, najdi klid a pohodu. Dívej se na ovce pasoucí se v okolí . Tvůj pobyt nám pomáhá navrátit život romantické zřícenině zámečku Skrytín.

Über den Dächern Jenas direkt am Waldrand gelegen befindet sich unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung bietet eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein bequemes Doppelbett, Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit sowie einen großen Fernseher. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man in nur 15 Gehminuten. Haustiere sind nach Absprache willkommen.

Genieße Deine Zeit in Berlin in dieser zentral gelegenen und dennoch ruhigen Wohnung. Von hier aus kannst Du die Stadt erkunden, in Kürze nach Potsdam, ins Berliner Umland fahren und fußläufig um die Ecke liegt die Berliner Messe, das Olympiastadion und die Waldbühne! Die Unterkunft wurde im November 2022 umfassend saniert.
