The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. It's just a 10 minute walk to the shops, cafes, theatre and is handy to the cycle trails of Central Hawkes Bay. The beaches and Ruahine Ranges are not far away and it's only a 30 - 40 minute drive to Hastings or Napier.

A charming rustic studio, set on a rural lifestyle block, 4km from Waipukurau. Only 4kms from the nearest supermarket. very close to cycleways so please bring your bikes. Good fly fishing in the tuki tuki and waipawa rivers, only a few kms away. Nice beaches about 40mins drive from us.
