The historic building on which this property sits also houses a Michelin-star restaurant at street level. This renovated flat offers the great feel of a turn-of-the-century building, with a high ceiling, tall old doors, and new double-glazed windows, yet a modern layout with all 21st-century features built in. The area is very central and full of restaurants and coffee houses. It is close to the Basilica and only a short walk to the Danube. The Synagogue and the ruin pubs are within 10 minutes.

Be the paparazzi of the Budapest Basilica, in a private house where only few people live constantly. If you come by car, you can park in the Basilica Garage for an additional fee,ask for the price if you interested. On the street fee is 600 HUF/hour from 08:00-22:00 from Mon-Fri, and you can park for free from Fri 22:00 till Mon 08:00. You can easily reach the famous tourist sights on foot, can find many restaurants, bars, caffee shops. Most of the Universities are very close to the apartment.

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

The flat looks onto the inner courtyard of the house. We try to offer competitive prices, as our place is far from perfect, but (hopefully) still applies to quite a few people. Zsíroshegyi Vendégház II- New luxurious wooden cottage in a huge private garden, perfect for relaxation! On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)
