This carriage house is located at the back of the property of a 117-year-old historic home 4 blocks from downtown shopping and dining. We're 15 minutes from Allerton Park & Retreat Center, 25 minutes to Champaign and 30 minutes from Decatur. You’ll enjoy the comfy bed, two dining/game spaces, TV area, a small kitchen with cooktop, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and a full bathroom. It is great for a weekend get-away! Beautiful Riverview Studio- steps away from Depot

Enjoy an exclusive view of the River, the FM Train Depot and Old Fort Madison from this 2nd floor true-studio apt. The space has modern décor and all of the comforts of home. Railfans will enjoy the trains and river fans will enjoy the unique east-west river movement. There will be train sounds! The space comfortably sleeps two adults in its queen size Murphy bed. Built in the year 1900, this was the very first bank in Hanna City! Located in the rear of our brick building is the unique & fun apartment with it's own entrance. Exposed brick walls, original prints from our travels, and a custom built ladder leads up to the sleeping area & living area! The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
