John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Uphill Sanctuary

Uphill Sanctuary is a bright & cozy 300 sq. ft. basement guest suite in Nelson, BC. The Rail Trail trailhead is across the road, making it perfect for strolls, mountain biking, or dog walks. Downtown is a 15–20 minute walk away (though the return trip is a steep climb!) Your suite includes private parking, a comfortable living space & a kitchenette equipped with a toaster oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, & coffee grinder. After a day of exploring the Kootenays, unwind on the outdoor patio.

The Caravan

Enjoy a memorable and unique experience in the 'Caravan', a tiny home built on the back of a 1967 International Loadstar. Perched on a hillside 10 minutes from Nelson and 5mins from Kokanee close to amenities, great biking and hiking trails! Have a BBQ on the patio while taking in the stunning views of Kootenay lake. Relax at your own private beach 5 minutes down the trail or enjoy the private hot tub for those tired muscles. Enjoy the large yard and beautiful gardens or chef up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
