Renovated 1970's house with sunny outdoor deck, off street parking, just a few minutes drive from the centre, 15 minutes walk. Use laundry. Simple breakfast (Cereal, fruit, milk, tea & coffee included.) Pets welcome. Queen bed, quality linen, in a large private room. Helpful, Friendly, Kiwi Hosts! This is our home and we usually live here when we host guests. The kitchen is only available for heating water for drinks or reheating food in microwave We live between Queenstown and Arrowtown in Lake Hayes Estate, an established neighborhood of modern homes with mountain views. You can experience bee-keeping with Keith as we have 2 hives in our garden! A cafe (The Hayes)is within easy walking distance of our home. Two large shopping centers and the airport are within 10-15 minutes drive.

You will love the privacy with a spacious room opening to the garden & trees. There’s books, games, yoga mat, outdoor area. Superking bed, quality linen, mattress topper, ensuite & toiletries. I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt & baking after that our supermarkets are close. Walk to lake&Wanaka Tree thru the park! 20 walk to town, in route to Roys Peak climb, Rippon Wines 5 min drive or walk along the lake to it. An elopement wedding? I can do that too!

Room, with breakfast provided, in our stylish, upscale Wanaka property. There is external private access available for your room to allow you to come and go as you please. Please note that we do not provide kitchen facilities for guests. We do however provide a continental breakfast for each morning of your stay, included in your room rate, and unlike many other hosts, we do not charge extra for cleaning or linen. We are only thirty minutes walk to the lake and town or five minutes by car.

Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

We look forward to meeting you :) This room is the second largest of our 3 rooms and is suitable for either a couple or 2 friends travelling together as we can split the king size bed into 2 single beds if you prefer. It has a spacious, new ensuite bathroom. A good hot breakfast is included, we have free fast WiFi and we're an easy 5-10 min walk to the town centre and shops.
