Just 3 miles from I-5! This historic building was built in 1905 & served as the towns Confectionary and later a grocery store. We spent 2023 transforming it into a little slice of the Wild West (with a twist) full of antiques, & fun decor to make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time but with all the modern day comforts. Pull up a stool in the Saloon, or gather ‘round the poker table & enjoy music from a 1900’s player piano. We also have a fun arcade room, a jail for fun photo ops & more!

Cozy up by the indoor fireplace, or soak in the luxurious hot tub. Enjoy your own little slice of paradise. Just a short drive from I-5 and JBLM.

Kitchenette complete with coffeepot, mini fridge, microwave, toaster/air fryer oven, dishes, pots and pans & more.

Visitors can enjoy our quaint neighborhood bakery right around the corner and enjoy mission creek park from the back yard. The Suite is very private with street parking in front of the house.

There is also a full size murphy bed in living room for additional sleeping space. All brand new furniture and appliances. You'll have vehicle space with a 2-car attached garage and plenty of driveway parking. Conveniently located close to town, while still enjoying the tranquility of the natural surroundings.

The house is old(123yrs) but with some modern touches like nice windows, insulation and A/C, rain or shine the house is cozy with tons of natural light coming in. THE COTTAGE SITS ON A BUSY STREET. Being well insulated and having new windows, the house is pretty quiet inside usually but we all know "load exhaust guy" will always be annoying.

The expansive property includes a fire pit, hammock, trampoline, and rafts for floating on the river. Wake up to the sounds of goats, enjoy the fresh eggs, goats milk provided to each guest, and sip your coffee on your private patio under the wisteria. Admire the art from local artists in and around the cottage (all available for purchase)

The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. (P.S. There is no cleaning fee.)
