This unique space is a walk-out apartment attached to our newly built home. It is set on a working family farm in beautiful Penns Valley. We raise 100% grass fed beef along with some chickens and pigs. We use sustainable farming practices, and are invested in renewable solar and geothermal sources. The breathtaking view is the reason our lovey modern home sits on its southernly exposed hill - inviting plenty of natural light! We offer comfort, solitude & relaxation as well as activity and fun.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

State College Getaway

Relax in a quiet part of State College in this cozy, completely renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. A modern feel welcomes you home after a long day at work, a sports trip, or well-earned vacation. Located near the highway for quick on and off access and only minutes from Penn State University.
