Enjoy your morning coffee, sitting in your building's garden with an unrestricted view of the Grand River, the Elora Mill and Mill St. A simple crossing of the street and you will be standing on the steel covered bridge looking down at the Grand river and its Tooth of time. Fifteen minutes walk (or less than five minutes drive) to downtown Fergus. Beautiful downtown Elora, Elora Gorge Conservation Area and Belwood Lake Conservation Area are all within a ten minute drive. Note that access is down a flight of exterior stairs and unfortunately is not suited for individuals with mobility challenges.
