It is bohemian-inspired, cosy and modern open-space with windows, in the heart of lively restaurants, tapas and shops. It has WiFi and is fully equipped. Best for a single, a couple or couples with a kid! Pets are also invited happily! The apartment is located in an authentic quiet building. It is modern designed, themed to its name, Autumn, and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa and a working table, kitchen with a dining table and bathroom. We took special care of all the little details, to make it the best stay for you! It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! The apartment is just off of Gran Vía, the most central street in Madrid, in a colorful neighborhood called Chueca. The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)
