Newly updated this home is elegant, comfortable, and the perfect place to get away. While staying here you can toss in your fishing line, launch your raft, kayak, SUP, or duckie, gather at the fire pit next to the river, or simply lounge in the hot tub (seats 4-6) or dry sauna (seats 2).

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

This is a small studio space with everything you need! Attached to the main house but completely private, you have a fully stocked kitchen and private bath and entrance. A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide. If you are looking for affordable and comfortable in BV, this is the spot for you! Basic but cozy and clean!

She traveled across the US from the East Coast to the West Coast, and now she calls Colorado home. Enjoy a large parking space, separate entrance, and privacy from the main house with kitchenette. There is a creek/water ditch that runs from April to November that flows most of the time, creating a gentle creek sound that wraps around the studio apartment.
