The house is beautiful, and the neighborhood is quaint. It’s a cool old house, in a superbly convenient location. Just a pleasant walk from restaurants, bars, breweries, theaters, and antique shops. It's also only 30 minutes to Downtown Minneapolis or St Paul, 45 minutes to MSP Airport and Mall of America.

We are located just blocks from the Mississippi River where there are local concerts every Thursday at MC Crossings. You can also rent pontoon boats on the river through My Boat Club. We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.
