Driftwood Bay

The perfect getaway, ANY SEASON, to relax and enjoy! A private spot for a family retreat, working holiday, girls weekend or guys getaway. The location offers year-round access, including 2 entry points to the water (dock + beach), water toys (kayaks, paddle boat, noodles), screened room, outdoor hot tub, gas BBQ, and oversized fire pit. Close to local trails (walking, ATV, snowmobile), we hope you can call this your short term home. Note: This is not the place for parties or extra guests.

Forest Yurt

Cozy, bright, yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, library, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, no shower or wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Quiet, relaxing, private and a 6-minute drive to town. This 650 sq ft country cozy apartment is surrounded by trees and has all the beauty that nature brings! Cottage / Lake House in Dorset| Raven Shores

Welcome to Raven Shores! Recently renovated cottage/lakehouse set on a large private lot on beautiful Raven Lake, a 10-minute drive to Dorset and on a canoe/kayak route including portages to other lakes. It has an open kitchen/dining and living area and a separate tv room which doubles as the third sleeping area. Tall trees provide some shade and privacy and the sandy shoreline has both a dock with clean, deep water swimming and a small shallow sandy area for wading.

The Fox Den

The Fox Den is a peaceful year round escape for those looking to put their feet up and enjoy the serenity of cottage livin' with the comforts of a modern home. Ideal place for couples and families with children of all ages. The home is located on Oak Lake which is a 2 hours and 20 minutes drive from Toronto and 3 hours from Ottawa. We welcome all those who treat the space as their own and looking for some peace and quiet (no parties please). Enjoy your stay!

Riverfront Lodging No cleaning fee !

A place to relax in winter in front of the gas stove with a beautiful view of the Otonabee River. In summer enjoy a swim or a paddle on on the river with one of our two kayaks. The kayaks are available between May 1st & October 1st as long as the river conditions are acceptable. Enjoy supper prepared using the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the river. A park like setting but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in downtown Peterborough.

Zum Waldhaus features a three-piece washroom, a full kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, and a cozy living and dining room with a wood-burning fireplace. The cottage sleeps six guests comfortably in three bedrooms. Enjoy the indoor wood fireplace, propane BBQ, and outdoor fire pit. The cottage is equipped with hot and cold running water and electricity.

Cozy cottage on the York River located 10 minutes outside of Bancroft. A perfect retreat for the avid ATV rider, snowmobiler, cyclist, hiker and fisherman. Minutes from Hastings Heritage trail system and several lakes. 45 minute drive to Algonquin park. Hike Eagles nest for a breathtaking view. Our one level home features a wood stove. Firewood provided by hosts.
