My place is designed to be your home away from home. It is located in a peaceful area, just 5 km from the city. Places like KFC, Domino's & Pizza Hut, multiplex and shopping malls, are only a 10–15 minute drive away. Since the property is about 3 km away from the main city crowd, public transport is not easily available. However, I can arrange an auto for your convenience at an additional cost. If needed, I also have a scooty available for rent at ₹200 per day to make your travel easier.

Avadale Tadoba is a picturesque resort with comfortable rooms, modern amenities & walking distance from Moharli Gate, the entrance to the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR). There are more than 200 tigers in the area's larger ecology and the tiger population in this region is considered to be expanding the quickest. Several other carnivore species such as the Leopard and the Dhole can also be found in Tadoba, with the most typical prey being the Sambar, Chital, Wild Pigs and Gaurs.
