Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Είναι ένα διώροφο πέτρινο κτίσμα του 15ου αιώνα που κατοικήθηκε το 1940 από την γιαγιά μας Στέλλα και τα παιδιά της και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2018.
