Δίπλα στο διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνος, καφετέριες παγωτατζίδικο και στάση λεωφορείου. Το παλιό λιμάνι απέχει μόλις 1 χιλιόμετρο.
