Kores boutique houses - Aspasia

The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania. Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Γεια σας, το σπίτι μας είναι πολύ ιδιαίτερο κ έχει δημιουργηθεί με πολύ προσωπική εργασία και μεράκι για να σας ξεκουράσει κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονή σας!! Βρίσκεται σε κομβικό σημείο 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης, δίπλα στην εθνική οδό που σας οδηγεί σε όλα τα πανέμορφα χωριουδάκια της επαρχίας καθώς και στις πανέμορφες παραλίες του Νομού μας. Δεν θα σας λήψει τίποτα, γιατί τα πάντα είναι κοντά σας, κομμωτήριο ,φαρμακείο, ενοικιαστηκά αυτοκίνητα , μεγάλα super markets, εστιατόρια ,καφετέριες..... Σε λίγα μόλις λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεστε σ' ένα πανέμορφο πάρκο μέσα σε δασάκι που το περικυκλώνουν αμμώδεις παραλίες. Εκεί μπορείτε να κάνετε διάφορες δραστηριότητες, όπως περπάτημα, τρέξιμο, γήπεδα beachvolley, γήπεδα ρακέτας, beach tennis, υπάρχουν 2 tennis clubs , γήπεδο golf, bowling, όπως κ σχολή surf,sup. .Όλα σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση κάνοντας τη διαμονή σας άνετη και ευχάριστη. This apartment is a modern but also a traditional stone house, recently renovated (2020), in the heart of the old city of Chania. It was built in the early 16th century as a fortress, with the only purpose to protect the city mainly from pirate attacks and constitutes part of the Venetian wall. The residence is fully furnished and equipped in order to ensure a comfortable stay for its guests. It is an ideal place to stay for large families, large group of friends and couples.

A sunny corner apartment just five minutes on foot from city center and Nea Chora beach. The famous Old Venetian Harbor of Chania is less than ten minutes away on foot and the Agora market in the city centre is about 10 minutes walk.The lovely beach of Nea Chora, which is a blue flag beach, is perfect not only for swimming but also for evening strolls along the promenade, which is famous for its excellent restaurants with sea food, Mediterranean and Cretan traditional dishes.

Oasis in the city center

Single bedroom house in the very centre of Chania , within walking distance of every sight of interest in the city. Our house , renovated in 2018 , is equipped with all the amenities you might need for a short or an extended stay . The front yard that appears in the photos is shared with the guests of another house but there will always be enough space for everyone. The local tax of 8€ is enforced by the tax authorities and is not a revenue for us.

Kefali village is a quiet village with a cafe, mini market and restaurant. Parking is very easy. Since there is a large square in the middle of the village for free parking.
