Mountain Vista Cottage Loft

This unique place with unique style has an awesome view of the Long Range Mountains. The loft has private entrance and a deck to enjoy the sunset. This suite is cozy and contains everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Including a queen size bed, 42” flat screen Roku smart tv, free wifi, AC, all appliances for kitchen. Suite has a complete washroom with shower stall.(Not shared) No additional cost to accommodate children. This is smoke free and strictly pet free suite due to allergies.

Whole house 6 min to Ferry AC+RV parking+Laundry

Located near the bay in the quiet neighbourhood of Mouse Island, Port aux Basques. Nestled just 3 minutes from banks and grocery store and only 5 minutes from the Marine Atlantic Ferry, you will be close to all conveniences. The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms and 3 beds. Enjoy preparing meals in our fully stocked kitchen and lounge on the patio in the summer months. Whether you are visiting from another part of the province, or you come from away, we cannot wait to host you.

A bird watcher's paradise, on a licensed salmon river , with the ocean and beaches 10 minutes away. The pace of life is slower here. A canoe ride from the front lawn brings you to ducks, geese, beavers and other wildlife. Hiking trails with stunning views, quiet rural roads for the cyclist. It's truly a beautiful get away!

Quiet and cozy with a view of the bay. 2 bedrooms. 1 Queen bed, 1 double bed Fully equipped kitchen Laundry Walking distance to Grocery store, Convenience stores, Recreation Centre, Beaches, Walking trails, ATV & Snowmobile trails, Hospital, Coffee Shops, Mall, Gas stations, Railway Museum, Hardware stores, Library and much more. This apartment is located on the lower level(above ground) of my home. Please refrain from letting your pets on the beds and furniture. Thanks for understanding.

Cottage #1 Scenic Riverside Full 2 Bedroom

Nestled in the heart of the scenic Codroy Valley, Green Acres Cottages offers entire cottage rentals with breathtaking views of the Grand Codroy River and Long Range Mountains. This 2 bdrm unit is fully equipped with queen sized beds and full sized kitchens with all amenities including high speed internet, smart tv, bbq and full front decks. Scenic View Cabins is located at the base of the Anguille mountains overlooking the ocean. This allows you to enjoy both the beautiful sunrise and sunset from the comfort of your cabin. Each cabin is fully equipped and each room has a queen size bed. There are lots of things to do and see in the area, including walking/hiking trails, atv trails, beaches, parks, bird watching and much more. We also have wifi available and satellite tv. Emily's Place - Cozy, Comfy, Home away from Home!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly renovated all rooms with a large deck for ocean views. This 2 bedroom home is great for short or long term stays with parking for 2 cars or more. Dedicated to my mom who loved to take care of family, friends and vistors. Ground Level Apartment. A playground right next door. Perfect for children and, if you are missing your workouts while on vacation, the playground has a cemented walkway so you can get those steps in! PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NO LONGER PET FRIENDLY. Walking distance to drug stores, grocery store and Decor store. My goal is for those who walk in the door you can just put your feet up and say, this is "Just like Mudder's.

Enjoy a stay in our suite. Just a few minutes from the ferry. Our suites have fully equipped kitchens and dining room tables. So you can prepare your own meals. We supply pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, and cuttery. We even supply the dish soap! You will also find the comforts of home like a keurig machine with coffee/tea, kettle, microwave, toaster, and even air fryer

The Starboard Suite~No Pets

Privacy with a view, our one bedroom suite features all the comforts of home, and more. Watch the busy harbour as you sip a latte made with locally roasted beans, from your own personal coffee station. The suite is located directly adjacent to the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal, and is an experience in itself as the massive ferry docks just outside your door.

Feel at ease in this cheerful, spacious home located in scenic Codroy Valley. Beautifully furnished with many Newfoundland antiques and conveniently located to many amenities.
