If you are reading this and not a HCP keep reading, you just lucked out! TUGA is part of a 6000 sq.ft, 1.5 acre secluded living area, my home when in NC. It’s +/- 1015 sq.ft. of open concept living, European style kitchen , dining area for 6, living room area with easel TV , SONOS throughout, balcony with table for 4, BBQ/grill, 1 bedroom.

As a bonus, Grandma loves to leave snacks for her guests. Bring your furry friends, too! Gramma don't mind.

Owner will feed him; you will probably see more deer than this cat.
