This huge, family-friendly, two bedroom apartment boasts sea views and is only 100m away from the beach. This apartment is SUPER child friendly; Duplo, toys, books, jigsaws, DVDs and a Smart TV will all be available for their use. Highchair and travel can be booked prior to arrival. Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Lounge/Diner with TV and DVD player. Family Bathroom: Dual power shower, bath with shower head. Heated towel rail. WC (with additional toddler-seat if needed) and wash-hand basin. We are situated above SSL shop ( our children's clothing store (Simply So Lovely) which is mainly operated online- opening hours are 8:45am-11:45am 5 days per week), next door to the Southend Car Park, Hunstanton; Stay SSL is opposite Oasis fitness centre (soft play, rollerskate park, gym, swimming pool with slides, squash courts and fitness classes.) Situated in the centre of Sutton on Sea, 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to all this peaceful village has to offer including bars, restaurants, take aways, local shops and two small supermarkets. Sutton on Sea is on the East Lincolnshire coast, 3 miles from Mablethorpe, 15 miles from Skegness. There is a beautiful sandy, blue flagged beach stretching for miles; along with nature reserves and observatories. In land are the historic market towns of Alford, Louth and the City of Lincoln.
