And...relax! L’Ancienne Gendarmerie is a beautiful restored police station right in the heart of the vibrant village of Pressac. On the main square opposite the church, and with lovely countryside views across the pretty river Clain and its medieval bridge, the house combines a sense of history with modern convenience and plenty of space. Perfect for families or groups of friends, there's plenty to do just staying in, but it is also a great base for exploring the beautiful Vienne and Charente.

Our beautiful cosy cabin has been designed to enable our guests to enjoy our stunning lake and relaxing surroundings alongside our bistro restaurant next door. The cabin is the perfect fishing and relaxing location and we have a healthy stock of large catfish (silure) and carp for your enjoyment. The cabin is suited to fishermen and couples (supplement cost to fish - ask for details) A BBQ, firepit, and a pool (June-September) ensure that your stay will be idyllic in this picturesque setting.

Vous êtes à 10mn à pieds de la Gare Idéal pour séjour détente ou pour une mission pro. WIFI disponible pour travailler au calme.

La Berthusie is situated at the edge of Cussac a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve. Peaceful and spacious it can easily host a family of 8 and more if needed. The house is surrounded by a vast garden, fruit trees, a chestnut orchard and a lovely pond. The village supermarket is a short walking distance from the house and so are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square. The area offres Soft hills, Lakes, historical sites, walking trails.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance from the train station, the Charente river, bakery, tourism office, municipal pool, tennis/basketball courts, skatepark, canoe/kayak/bicycle rentals, restaurants, pubs, local shops, etc. Renovated in 2025, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower, 3 toilets, a vast living room, a kitchen, an outdoor deck for aperitifs, and a garden for barbecues and activities.

Gîte 'Pas de Soucis'

Liefhebbers van natuursteen zullen hun hart ophalen in de vakantiewoning “Pas de Soucis”, ingericht in een oud molenhuis, dat perfect gerestaureerd is om 3 of 4 gasten alle comfort te bieden. U deelt het grote zwembad met de gasten van de vakantiewoning “Moulin Bertrand”. Naast het zwembad bevindt zich een groot overdekt terras met een landelijke kloostertafel die plaats biedt aan 12 personen. De parktuin is compleet omzoomt door water, met aan één kant de molenvliet.

Our mill is on the outskirts of the village of Champagne et Fontaine, in the Southwest of France. The Moulin La Vergne is a newly renovated 18th century water mill located on the river Lizonne. The room is a private flat with all essential amenities and a homely feel, situated directly over the historical water run which flows through the building. Our location is quiet and rural, offering a peaceful and tranquil opportunity to recharge batteries and unwind.

Our house is a retreat where times stops. It is located in a valley, overlooking a river and surrounded by woods. We have restored it to house eight comfortably. With lots of terraces, a swimming pool, an orchard. This is a place for living outdoors and for people who appreciate the charm of old houses. IMPORTANT: The house is not suitable for toddlers or for young children left unsupervised. Mobile phones don't always work, but there is wifi.
