This 1925 Bungalow is a relaxing space whether visiting Quantico for TBS/OCS/FBI graduations or sightseeing. Amtrak and VRE train stop under 5 minute walk direct to Alexandria, Crystal City, or DC (Union Station). In town you can fish, watch the sunset at the Potomac River, visit restaurants, or drive 5 minutes to the golf course (open to public). For DoD Cardholders it is 7 min walk to theater/gym/bowling. This spacious 2 bedroom/1 bathroom basement apartment is completely separate from the upstairs unit with its own private entrance in the back of the house. It has all new appliances and a modern feel. Wills Memorial Park is across the street and perfect for children of all ages. The property is only 5 minutes away from multiple grocery and big box stores, several sit down eateries, and many fast food chains. You get 2 spaces of the 4-car driveway but can reserve the full driveway for a fee.
