Magnolia, and Middleton Plantations are just 6 miles away while downtown Charleston is approximately a 15 minute drive. Grocery Stores are nearby and a CVS pharmacy. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The outside fire pit has a grill top for grilling. Firewood is provided on premises and there is a large poly picnic table. A Laundromat is nearby.

While enjoying the beautiful land there's on site Frisbee golf, corn hole & a fire pit. The bus is 30 minutes to downtown Charleston or Edisto Beach & 45 minutes to other beaches.
