The Boathouse

The Garden Folly Guest House
Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

We are able to bring a single mattress out to the apartment for guests bringing a child, so the apartment can accommodate up to three (two adults and a child). Full kitchen with glass cook top, dish washer, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, etc. Includes linens, dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer en suite. Has Youtube TV, HBO Max, and wifi. 15 mins from airport, downtown Charleston, and beaches.

Dream Catcher Carriage House Daniel Island
Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license. The application process was not easy but we did it! Dream Catcher's permit number is OP2018 00373.
