Cute cottage with private dock and amazing sunset views of beautiful Black Lake. Enjoy the relaxation of lake living using the included kayaks/paddle boards or take a day trip to the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or the Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the screened in porch, cooking on the new grill, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and playing cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

Sunset Cottage

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy all the majesty of the St Lawrence River with water views from every window. Master bedroom has 1 king bed and ensuite with view of the river. Second room has a queen bed with ensuite and two windows that capture the sunrise. Spectacular sunsets will take your breath away daily . Clean clear water invites you to swim, canoe, kayak or simply float . Notice the herron flying low, swans in the bay, and eagles keeping watch from a tree .

The luxurious property is private, with no direct view of neighbours, and you can watch the sunset from any room or on the dock while enjoying the beautiful shorelines. The cottage is warm and cozy with gorgeous views of cranberry lake Our place is Great for nature walks, biking, swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Also for fishing/ice fishing and snowmobiling trails are close by.
