Bask in the fresh morning air from a cushioned wicker sofa on the sunny patio. Prep meals in an airy kitchen with marble surfaces. Mid-century furnishings, vivid hardwoods, and calm decor combine for a placid air within this bright new-build. The entire space is yours. We keep the pantry locked so that our supplies are not in the way but otherwise you are free to use whatever you wish! We are available whenever you need. We have a keyless entry door for your convenience but live 3 minutes away if any issues occur. The home is set in a leafy residential neighborhood and minutes away from Uptown’s spectrum of trendy restaurants, boutiques, and lively nightlife spots. Check out a concert at The Fillmore, then grab a pint next door at VBGB Beer Hall and Garden. We have a driveway and street parking. We recommend lyft and Uber which should be a 5 minute drive into the city! Our house rules are very strict: NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING (of any kind). We monitor check-in so any discrepancies will result in your reservation being cancelled.

Also easy access to interstates 277, 77 and 85. EV owners - charge your vehicle with a JuiceBox EV charger. This space is part of a 2 unit property with a shared wall. Large stylish 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with three floors in quiet neighborhood. Built in 2021 with many upgrades, you will feel very comfortable here. House is two blocks from the stadium and includes two free parking spots. In the other direction, it is just 100 feet or so to a very nice park and greenway. Each bedroom has a queen bed and HDTV, and on the second level, there is a pullout couch with queen-sized memory foam bed. Large patio on top floor with seasonal view of downtown.
