Located in Charlotte (24 minutes SW of Lansing and MSU) above Green Tree Essentialz, a super cute lil hippie shop.. next to Beach Market, the perfect location for weddings, graduations, concerts, festivals and more! This is the perfect location to embrace this little town and all it has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, markets, etc. You will be so glad you found this unique hideaway!

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.
