You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. "Overlook" rests on the main channel of Lake Wylie. The 180 degree lake view oriented west for exquisitely dramatic sunsets. Relax and unwind while you watch amazing scenery from the patio, the covered porch, hammock or dock. The beach is perfect for kids to run around and play in the sand while you watch from the patio or dock. The bay offers a safe swimming environment - indented into the shoreline, your loved ones are safe from boat traffic. SUP, 2 kayaks and a canoe on site!

Unwind and unplug. This cabin on our 100 year old family farm is the perfect place to disconnect from a busy day. We are still a working farm and you just may be able to see a little farming during your stay. Our 1 bedroom cabin is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway! Our front porch is the perfect place to have your morning coffee and to sit in the evening with a glass of wine. Note, messages sent after 8PM may not be received until the following morning.

The Pearl of Lake Wylie

My place is 15 miles from the Charlotte airport, 10 miles from Carowinds and 6 miles from Charlotte Premium Outlet on I-485. It is only a little further to downtown Charlotte and the Carolina Panthers stadium. It has a great sunset view over Lake Wylie. It is very private and quite, but has nearby amenities like restaurants, shopping and good recreation. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the proximity to Charlotte and the wonderful wide lake view.

Dog friendly for fur babies under 21 lb. Bottom floor is a separate unit with a full time tenant.
