Colorful, unique and private guest suite. Approximately 750 sq feet. There is a huge bathroom with cast iron claw foot tub and walk in shower. A large sectional sofa and settee allow plenty of seating in the living room. The wet bar has a sink, mini refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The bedroom has a king bed (2 twin mattresses together), desk, closets and dresser.

Lovely Private 1BR Guest Apartment

This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.

Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and double bed.
