Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

This apartment was closed for almost 6 months due to a complete renovation, (that's why we lost our super host status) It is located right by Stuttgarter Platz. Right next to a lot of great restaurants and charming little shops and only a 15 min walk to Kurfürstendamm. 10 min to S-Bahn Charlottenburg and U-Bahn Wilmersdorfer str.

Die Wohnung ist ca 100 Quadratmeter groß. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Arbeitszimmer mit einem Couch ausgestattet und einer großen (ca 40 Quadratmeter) Wohnküche. Die Wohnung ist modern und teilweise hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz auch für Gästeempfang, gemeinsames Kochen usw.. Der große Tiergarten ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt.
