Casa Serenity

Το σπίτι είναι ένα τυπικό ζακυνθινό αγροτόσπιτο που χτίστηκε πριν από 80-100 περίπου χρόνια. Στο πέρασμα του χρόνου έχει υποστεί πολλές ανακαινίσεις προκειμένου να είναι όσο πιο άνετο γίνεται αλλά χωρίς να αλλοιωθεί η προσωπικότητά του. Βρίσκεται στη μέση ενός ελαιώνα ηλικίας άνω των 600 ετών. Χαρακτηριστικά του είναι η ησυχία, η ηρεμία, η απομόνωση, η γαλήνη. Το οίκημα είναι απομονωμένο, δεν υπάρχουν άλλα σπίτια γύρω ενώ το χωριό βρίσκεται περίπου 250 μέτρα πιο κάτω (τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια).

Χαλαρώστε κάνοντας μια μοναδική και ήρεμη απόδραση σε αυτο το παραλιακο σπιτι. Θα σας προσφερουμε μια ανετη και αξεχαστη διαμονη στην Ζακυνθο. Το σπιτι βρισκεται ακριβως πανω στην παραλια και διαθετει 3 υπνοδωματια και 2 μπανια. Το Athina beach house βρισκεται χτισμενο ακριβως πανω στην αμμωδη παραλια των Αλυκων, περιτριγυρισμενο απο θαλασσα και πευκα. Διαθετει τρια ομορφα υπνοδωματια με ενα ανετο διπλο κρεβατι-το ενα εκ των οποιων εχει δυο μονα κρεβατια.Φιλοξενει εως εξι επισκεπτες.

Private parking. At 200 meters from the beach of San Nikolas by foot, taking a dirt path. The beach, the port, restaurants, mini-market and bars are 1.5 km away by car. Boat Tours depart from the port to see the Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach (Navagio) as well as ferries to Kefalonia.

It's located on the main road of Alikanas with all amenities within 1-4 min walking distance (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, grocery/coffee/souvenir shops, ATM,car-rentals,snack-bars, restaurants, bars & pubs). Less than 5min walking (200m away) is Alikanas beach with crystal-clear turquoise waters.
