This fabulous front row, dog friendly, beach hut commands the best position on the beach, with uninterrupted sea views. Suitable for quiet ,family enjoyment, it has everything you need for a day by the sea, including a gas camping hob. Vintage themes, a newly extended veranda, plenty of comfy chairs, tables, crockery. Sunflower Stay at Seacliffe Staycation

We invite you to soak up this tranquil farm setting within walking distance to the seacliffes & seafront. There is a relaxing pond right by your tent and you will hear just the sounds of birds, crickets and livestock. Ideal for a break away from reality. Although the area you will be staying in is kept secluded.. there are goats, horses and sheep in nearby paddocks and Runner Ducks wandering around. We have put our whole hearts into this to create something special for our guests to enjoy!

Situated in a vibrant neighbourhood with good bars and restaurants nearby, the apartment also provides a superb waterside setting from the lower balcony and the upper terrace.

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Does drifting to sleep whilst reading a book in the garden room hammock sound like perfection? How about Prosecco in the hot tub, or playing board games late into the early hours next to a wood burning fire in the cosy snug? Go fishing on the huge lake, feed the mandarin ducks on the pond, or even try metal detecting!

Two minute walk from the picturesque Seasalter beach and a 5 minute drive from popular Whitstable seaside/harbour town. The caravan has a large decking area with outdoor furniture. Two bedrooms and a double sofa bed comfortably sleeps 6 people. All bed linen, towels and essentials provided.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
