There are residents living in other apartments in the building, all friendly and quiet. The building is over 100 years old so it's not modern or fancy, just comfortable and affordable if that's what you're looking for.

Our one of a kind space offers you a small space living experience while feeling bright, open and spacious.

Charming 2 Bedroom/1 Bath home that has been totally remodeled. Brand new kitchen, appliances, floors, furniture, and more!
