Boat rentals near by. Guests have outdoor dining area and a fire pit. There is a large supply of fire wood also. Chautauqua institution 7 minutes.

The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace. A few steps from the front door a new private dock for relaxing, boating, fishing and swimming. Backing up to the woods is a welcoming area with a brick fireplace and lot of seating to relax after a day of fun.

The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.
