My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

There’s a cabin smart phone for your use if you do not have phone service. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music (and Wi-Fi).Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.

Witness the sunrises and sunsets over the mountains from the balcony, take a dip in the heated seasonal pool, get cozy and warm next to the wood fireplace (free firewood included), cook a delicious meal on the outdoor grill, and end the day toasting from the balcony and cuddled by the fire. You're only a few minutes from all the major sites and attractions in the area.

Boulder Ridge Cabin is surrounded by woods, but within 15 minutes of Deep Creek Lake, swimming, boating, hiking, shopping, restaurants, Wisp Resort with skiing, snowboarding, mountain coaster, whitewater rafting at Adventure Sports Center International, rock climbing, hiking. Swallow Falls State Park and Herrington Manor State Park are about 15 minutes drive. Piney Mountain State Forest is within walking distance. Mountain biking and fishing are also close by.
