Clean cabin with UP NORTH log furniture nestled above the picturesque sunset side of beautiful BLACK LAKE! Black Lake is a 10,000 acre all sports lake. The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

Snowmobile trails are located across road, with access about 50 yards away! The Beach House is a great jumping on/off point for a trail vacation! There's local Jeep and ORV trails, too.
