Jolie maison entièrement restaurée au pied de la levée de la Loire, à proximité du vieux port, dans un bel environnement , très calme. Jardin sans vis à vis délimité par une haie . Village plein de charme et nombreux châteaux à moins de 20 kms. Au rez de chaussée, cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de bains avec wc, grande pièce à vivre avec cheminée, canapé convertible et un lit simple. A l'étage, une chambre spacieuse avec un lit double et deux lits gigogne pour enfants (pas de wc à l'étage)

The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. A detached house in it's own grounds with no shared amenities. It is located in a small hamlet close to Chinon in the Val de la Loire. Shops, chateaux and beautiful villages are a short drive away. In the house there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and basin. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin. Undercover area set for eating alfresco and relaxing where you will also find a ground floor toilet and shower. Parking. Large garden.
