It is a place where you can unplug, recharge and reconnect with the beauty of the local Yucatecan environment. Chuburna is a tiny fishing village with approx. 2800 residents. Every detail about Casa Ixtul has been carefully curated to ensure a relaxing and restful stay. Stay a few days, a week or two at Casa Ixtul. The longer you stay, the more you relax and reconnect with yourself and nature.

Property manager is only a call away during your stay! Please note that this property is located in an authentic part of Mexico and you may experience some power outages in the region.

The courtyard with pool, as well as the covered parking is shared with the upstairs apartment. We strive to create a peaceful, relaxing environment. Maximum occupancy is limited to two (2) adults.
