Out Serviced Ltd is proud to present Hermitage Cottage. A cosy house located just off the vibrant and famous Bath Road. The property comprises a living area, a kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath, a ground floor bedroom with a king size bed, a double bedroom and a small single room. There is also a small courtyard with seating for some outdoor space. Parking is free 'on street' parking on Hermitage Street or surrounding roads. There is also a pay and display car park on Bath Terrace

This is a vibrant area with excellent restaurants, bars and boutique shops, ideal for Cheltenham's festivals. Access is via private courtyard. Downstairs is open plan, living area with TV, kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and John Lewis sofa bed comfortable for extra two guests to sleep. Upstairs is a large bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room.

Our courtyard apartment is set right in the heart of beautiful Regency Montpellier. Home to countless restaurants, bars and boutiques, there is something for everyone. Located directly behind the vibrant Suffolk Parade, with its eclectic mix of Independent shops, galleries and bars. It 's a 2 minute walk to Montpellier Gardens, home of some of the Festivals that Cheltenham is renowned for. Imminently approaching is The Food & Drink Festival, followed by The Jazz Festival in early July.

You will be very welcome to stay in our brand new and beautifully renovated compact and bijou tiny home which is in an easy walk of Cheltenham Town Centre and the Racecourse. We have created a gorgeous space to the rear of our family home that is completely self contained with its own entrance. Studio 77 comprises of a king size bed, kitchenette area, small seating arrangement and a good sized shower room. There is a small private patio area for guests to enjoy on a sunny evening.

Meet our alpacas, donkeys and pygmy goats and enjoy our free range eggs. Walk in our 80 acres of natural hillside, see the wildlife and enjoy the scenery. We are near the Cotswold Way, GWSR Steam Railway and Cheltenham Racecourse, and approx. 2 miles to the centre of Cheltenham - the heart of the Cotswolds.
