Located at the far end of a picturesque and peaceful little fishing village, our cottage is a part of 10 North By The Sea beach-stay villas, a unique property that is hugged by the Arabian Sea on the west (stunning sunsets!) and scenic waterways on the east. Our home is on the bay just across the river from Fort Kochi, nestled in a quiet residential area of colonial Cochin. With a quite beach, beautiful lanes and Chapels it is ideal for a calm and relaxed holiday. It is in the heritage zone of 'Our Lady of Hope Church' (built 1604 AD). It's our Little cottage which we built as our vacation home. A short 5 min ferry ride takes you into the heart of Fort Kochi ,with it's historic places and restaurants all within walking distance .

The house "Gangan" is located in idyllic surroundings with the Kuzhupilly beach in front and backwaters behind. The sunset is a sight worth watching. The Cherai beach is 3.7 kms away. The house is equipped with kitchen utensils, stove, fridge, washing machine, inverter for uninterrupted power and AC in the bedroom. Internet and satellite tv connections are not available. The house is intended for guests who wanted to stay away from work and the maddening crowd.
